  • Region classification: Our logistics are organized under the broader Middle East region, but deliveries are fulfilled domestically at this time.
  • Future international shipping: When available, we plan to expand shipping to select Middle East countries such as Jordan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
  • Restricted locations: We cannot deliver to remote areas, P.O. boxes, or regions with delivery restrictions.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your exact location and the courier’s schedule, but the following estimates apply in most cases:

  • Standard delivery within Lebanon: Typically 1–3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Extended delivery window: In some cases, delivery may take up to 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier scheduling.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate: We apply a simple flat shipping fee of $5 USD per order.
  • Free shipping threshold: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 USD.

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed on the same day they are received.
  • Same-day handling: We strive to process orders on the same day whenever possible to ensure fast preparation and dispatch.

6. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • Courier partner: We partner with Aramex as our primary shipping carrier to provide reliable, secure, and timely delivery across Lebanon.
  • Service quality: Aramex enables efficient order tracking, careful handling of products, and consistent delivery within our stated timeframes.
  • Tracking information: You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey until delivery.

7. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery timelines are based on business days and depend on the courier’s operating schedule.
  • Typical delivery occurs within 3–4 business days, subject to carrier routes and schedules.
  • High-demand periods, public holidays, or unexpected events may extend delivery times, but we will communicate any significant delays when necessary.

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Attempts

To help ensure successful delivery, it is essential that shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.

  • Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.
  • Delivery attempts: The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Clarelle.
  • Re-delivery fees: Additional shipping charges may apply for failed deliveries, address changes after dispatch, or re-delivery requests.
  • Package holding period: Packages will be held by the courier or at a pickup point for up to 7 calendar days before being returned to Clarelle.

Carrier or external delays: Shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions) are beyond our direct control, but we will keep you informed whenever possible.
